Keystone N-Trak Model Railroad Club

on Sunday June 6th there was a water main break outside of the club, the club lost many items and suffered damages due to flood in the basement, where we are located. The Church building itself experienced damages as well. The club itself came to a settlement, which will cover only some losses due to limits of the amount able to be settled by the water company in a timely manner.
We would like to thank Bob Monaghan from the water company for helping expedite the process of the clubs claim and quickly getting a cleanup crew to get most of the mudd and muck from the floors.
Members are cleaning and calculating damages which may take awhile to get a claim and hoping to reclaim a portion of damages from the water company individually, unfortunately one alone lost 90 engines with decoders(his entire collection), train modules were also damaged and we're working to rebuild and clean anything needed before out next shows that benefit charities and raise funds the club uses to operate.
full cleanup and having things back in operation may take months, we will probably not have a oct/nov open house, but hope to be reopened for the January open house.
We'd like to extend a thank you to manufacturers who offered assistance with certain items knowing the claim will not cover all the losses, Also We'd like to offer thanks for the offers of help with tracking down difficult replacement items no longer in production.
I hope to update the links page to list them soon, we appreciate any assistance and won't forget any help!
